PayPal Help
These steps will help you log into and use PayPal to pay for tutoring sessions.
If you already have a PayPal Account, click on the 'Buy Now' button to purchase a tutoring session.
If you are having trouble with your PayPal account, then go to
PayPal Password Recovery to reset your password or
PayPal E-mail Recovery to reset your e-mail address.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can sign up for one at PayPal.
Once you have purchased a tutoring session, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to verify your account for the tutoring session.
The instructions will ask for:
- Verification of your Name,
- Verification of your contact information (phone number & e-mail address),
- Subject/Content area for tutoring session (eg. Algebra I, Biology, etc.),
- Length of tutoring session (half-hour or 1 hour?) and
- Availability for tutoring session.
After supplying the aforementioned information, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from one of our tutors. Then, at the agreed upon time, log into Skype on the Atacon Homepage for your tutoring session.

These steps will help you install and use Skype for tutoring sessions.
Download Skype for your Device:
Computer: Windows / Mac / Linux DEB / Linux RPM
Tablet: Apple iPad / Android / Windows / Amazon Kindle Fire HD
Mobile Phone: Apple iPhone / Android / Windows / Blackberry / Amazon Fire Phone / Apple iPod Touch
After you have Skype installed on your computer, click on 'Skype Chat' to activate Skype Video Chat.
Wait for the tutor to respond, then start the session.
The tutor will keep track of the time & will give a reminder 10 minutes before the end of the session.
At that time, if you have more questions, set up another appointment for another session.
Then you may hang up after saying good-bye.
